2. Delivery Time

Digital products are delivered instantly after successful payment confirmation.

In some cases (such as network delays or payment verification), delivery may take up to 15–30 minutes.

If you do not receive your product within this timeframe, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us.

3. Non-Delivery Issues

If you have completed payment but haven’t received your digital file:

4. Incorrect Email Address

If an incorrect email was entered during checkout, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@enliteweb.in.
We will verify your purchase and resend the download link to the correct email address.

5. No Physical Shipping

We do not ship any physical goods. All EnliteWeb products are delivered digitally, eliminating shipping charges and delivery wait times.
